Thanksgiving

ok so Hubby called (from work) the 1st ex-wife all day wednesday because we were to pick up Bubba & Sissy Wednesday night and she didn't answer. She also didn't show up with the kids :( So we were quite upset about it but decided to not let it ruin our thanksgiving. Thursday we showed up at Hubby's little brother Ziggy's for Thanksgiving dinner. We showed up before everyone else when Hubby's mother arrived she said that hubby's big brother Luke Skywalker was on his was with the 5 kids. and thats when it all blew up. See Luke only has 3 kids and hubby's mom went on to say that she had hubby's other two kids!! Bad bad situation! I blew up!! and hubby was pissed too! After that we both seattled down and figured well we have the kids now so thats an awsome thing!
I had to take Ultra-Man down to meet his mom half way between Ziggy's and our hometown upon returning Hubby informs me that Bubba and Sissy have to leave with his mother at the end of the day because she was only to have them till that night.(we were to have them from the 25th-29th) Thus causing me to get uber pissed of yet again mostly because it's our weekend and they would be missing my family Thanksgiving friday)After alot of back and fourth I convinced him to call her and say it's dumb to take them home on thursday just for her to drop them back of friday. Well she wouldn't answer anyones phone calls or texts!So when Hubby's mother was leaving she took the kids :( After many text messages from the Hub she called and said had no plans of letting us have the children untill we had a phone thus causing Hubby to get pissed and start to yell and call names (LOL) She hung up on him. He sent he a text that said "You will have the kids brought to me on time friday or i will show up at your door with the sheriff And I will be calling my lawyer and we will be getting rid of your little full custody operation no judge will deny me joint. You mess with the bull you get the horns" Lo and behold she calls acting all nicey nice and saying we can pick the kids up from Hubby's mom that night :)) YAY :))did I mention YAY?!!!!

So last night we had four of ours (Ultra-Man was at Bio-Moms) Plus Luke Skywalker and Leia let there middle girl Bo-Bot stay with us FINALLY after years of her & us asking! So that made me feel really really good!! We all had fun and it was a pretty late night lol.

Today no black friday shopping for me (wouldn't be caught dead doing that plus I aint got the $$ anyhow) I am just hanging out here at the house with theese 5 kiddos and waiting for it to be time to go to my family Thanksgiving with all 5 of our kids and maybe bring along the bonus Bo-Bot :)

After some research last night I decided that next week I will be getting Whooty potty trained! I am going cold turkey on the diapers! Here is my method; Stay home for at least 3 days, pump her full of liquids and let her run around farel (aka~naked) all day with the potty out and ready for her to get to or me to run her to mid stream lol. Anyways wish me luck!

Thanksgiving 2marrow and ECT

First up that stinkin remote! You'll never guess were it was...Under Hubby's butt!!! He didn't feel the need to get up and help us look since he had been working all day. He went all night without a remote. I eventually put in a movie for him and went to bed with him following suit shortly after. The next moring the remote search resumed first thing and I told Ultr-Man to look in the chair were Hubby had been sitting and sure enough there it was shoved down behind the cushin and the back!

Ultra-Mans party turned out great for him for the most part! His Bio-mother, her daughter & nephew didn't show and Hubby's lil bro, wife & daughter didn't show so he was kinda disappointed about that. I was the one who was really hot under the collar about that one though! Pisses me off his own uncle can't show up to his party!! The thing that bothered him most was Bubba & Sissy not being allowed to come :( Hubby's first ex- wife is a major _____ ____ ____ if ya know what I mean!! But he had a great time with the people who did come! He has never had any party but a little at home party which are usually ok but I believe that everyone needs to have AT LEAST one super special party! So this was deffinately his. I will have to say I was very happy to see both sides of our family together and getting along ok! There is a lot of past issues!! A lot of hurt feelings btw my family & his & me & his family(looooooong story)(not your "normal" in-law problems though I should mention) but I am soo glad to have seen everyone come together happily over Ultra-Man!!!!

Hubby is gunna pick up Bubba & Sissy this evening! We get to keep them untill Sunday b/c there Bio has to work. We haven't got to see them since halloween weekend! Whooty is going to be soo soo HAPPY she is the biggest Sissy's girl EVER!! No one else exsisits to Whooty when Sissy is here, which is fine with me I love to see healthy sibling realtionships!! I was an only child untill I turned 12 then had a lul Bro I spoiled! anyways
Thanksgiving::: Tomorrow should be great if all goes how I have coordinated! We have the Hubby's family thing at 12. We get to have all 5 kids this is what I will be most thankful for! Then we will have Ultra-Man back to his mom's by 4ish so they can do there thing. I will pick Ultra-Man up from Bio-mom's at like 11ish on Friday to go to my family thing! This thanksgiving should be flawless (knock on wood) my family always does the get togethers on the holiday so it actually works out awsome this year that we didn't! Though the Hubby has to work and will be absent (honestly I don't think he minds one bit!! not that he dislikes my Fam just not a big people person)That being said Christmas we are going to do our own family thing AT HOME. We tried to do this last year for Whooty's first Christmas but that didn't work and our whole christmas turned out kinda crappy! So we will be staying home this year!!
Gotta go get Ulra-man as he is out early!

long day & long night & long day 2marrow!!

So I let Whooty sleep for 4 hours yesturday starting at 10 b/c she wasn't feeling well & had a temp. We use cloth diapers half or so of the time but always put disposables on at night well last night we were out!! both kids were up off & on taggin teaming mom more then usual so she got no rest! Then at 3:30am Whooty came in our room fell to sleep for about an hour then the wallering began & she was up & bouncing by 5:00 so needless to say I got hardly any sleep! (I know I have bad spelling, grammar & format~ sorry!)

Decided to pick up & take the kids the 20minuets to my moms (maybe I could catch a nap) not having phones sucks because when we got there she wasn't home :( I waited a while then head to the big city were my hubby works. When I arrived he said my mom had called and was at our house lol guess we passed eachother and didn't know it!! We both wrote notes to eachother though :o) spent the rest of the day entertaining kids while Dad finished work & did a side job.

Got home a bit ago and couldn't find the remote (this happens alot ;p ) Hubby is upset about that can't wach any tv w/o it) but ya know last thing i'm thinkin about it the remote lol (especially when I am sleep deprived!!) I don't even wach tv!! It still hasn't been found but when it is I told him he can take it to work with him so he will know where it is lol!

Tomorrow is Ulta-Man's party I hope he loves it!! I of course don't have everything I need so will be running around crazy tryin to get it all b/4 the party...I even 4got the cake today . Hopefully all will turn out great tomarrow,
wll I am off to try to and get some sleep~ night!!!!!

blow to the self esteem

Ultra-Man just exclaimed that it must be cool to have two belly buttons! After a few questions about how he has come to this conclusion b/c he says" u have 2 tummies so u must have 2 belly buttons :( :( :( :( Guess i didn't think it was that bad!!! lol oh well thats what back to back babies will do to ya!!

pretty normal day + boy scouts & fry bread!

Well I am pretty tired as usual. Got to bed at 10:15 which is actually early for this house hold! Big-E-Boy was up at 11:00 pm and 4:30 am but went right back to sleep. Woke up and got Ultra-Man ready for school at 7:15 when Whooty woke up. Then shortly after Big-E-Boy woke.

Whooty has fever this morning :( she is pretty cranky and clingy. Trying to start potty training but her being sick isn't gunna help that any I doubt .

Big-E-Boy is doing pretty good this morning! He has however managed to pinch his little fingers twice in a cupboard so is now playing with some toys in Whootys crib.

Ultra-Man has cub scouts tonight. We are doing a meeting about Native Americans.Last meeting I opened my mouth and said I thought I had a recipe for some fry bread and so got recruited to make some. The problem? It was something that came in the mail and I am pretty sure I am going to screw it up! I warned them that it probably wouldn't be any good but they insisted I bring it anyways :( So please wish me luck! My mom says that there is a way to cheat but seeing as how she lives 25 miles away and I don't have a phone I really don't think she will be able to help!! I did tell Ultra-Man's mom last night she should come over and help so hopefully that pans-out! I guess it's nap time they both just started fussing!

A Birthday, No phone & crappy computer

Well today I was really busy doing the last preparations for Ultra-Man's birthday party this Sunday. We are having it at the Iowa Reptile Rescue it's going to be pretty cool I hope! They will do a show for us teaching about reptiles and then all the kids can run around seeing and touching different reptiles. They bakery i am getting the cake at doesn't do snakes lizards ect on cakes I guess so just picked Transformers. Ultra-Man loves Transformers! I really hope he likes it because it's his first birthday that he's lived with his Daddy since he was two!! Though Hubby's stupid first ex-wife will not let Sissy and Bubba come after swearing she would "it's not your weekend" she says biotch anyways!! It would mean so much to Ultra-man if they were there!

We got our cell phones shut off a few days ago due to non-payment we are really low on money nowadays with the economy bad no one wants to get there car fixed and it just isn't practical for me to work it would almost cost us!! sucks not being able to call anyone! Just sit here all day with me and the kids and no adult interaction till hubby gets home at like 7:15 pm. Then to top that off I love facebook it's a good way to keep in touch with people but my computer crapped out the other day and the one i have doesn't have a good enough browser for FB so I can't really do anything on there :(

Whooty has been a pistol the last few days I just don't know what to do other then say "no" and re-direct her Hubby & I are very anti-corporal punishment......But now here she sits on my lap nicely drinking her bottle hopefully all is quite to night not likely but ther is always hope =)

Meet The Family

Hi I am Momma! I am 21 years old and live in southern Iowa. I am a SAHM. My husband and I have been married almost 2.5 years and are the proud parents of 2 babies. They are Irish Twins born about 10.5 months apart :) Whooty is the older baby at 20months. She was born on April 2nd 2008 and wheighed 6lbs 2ozs. Big-E-Boy our youngest was born February 24th, 2009 is 9.5 months and wheighed 7lbs when he was born. Today Whooty is our skinny bit at 24lbs with Big-E-Boy the tank right behind her whieghing 23.5lbs. My husband also has 3 older children from previous marriages. Sissy is 12yrs and Bubba is 9.5yrs They live with their Mother a two hours away but visit frequently. Ultra-Man will be Turning 8 in a few days and he lives here with us =) after a looooong nasty custody battle we finally got to bring him home in June. He is quite the charactor and we enjoy every minuet we have with him. I
am a stay-at-home mom but also got to school on-line to be a paralegal. Hubby is and always has been a mechanic he works 10 hour days at a job that's a little over and hour away so is gone lots then whaen he gets home he is usually working on cars because thats how he supports all 5 of his children. He is the BEST husband and Dad ever and I am sooooo blessed to have him.

Big-E-Boy 9 months and Whooty 20 months are both sleeping. Should I nap or work on the many chores I have to do? I am soo tierd & have no ambition!!
